ALCAN advises on structuring and filing of public offerings in the Turkish market as well as offerings of a Turkish company in international markets. Further, We advise on the launch of Turkish and foreign funds and we assist with the registration of the same with the Capital Markets Board and all necessary follow up procedures. We also advise our clients on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions with respect to capital markets law.

MEDIA LAW
ALCAN provides a wide-range of legal services to our Clients, including the review and legal risk analysis of the tender documentation, advice on regulatory issues, conducting legal due diligence work, drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the transaction documents (including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and shareholders agreements and amendments to the Articles of Association), obtainment of necessary governmental approvals from the relevant governmental authorities, including the Radio Television Supreme Board and the Turkish Competition Board, and closing of the acquisition transaction.

PROJECT FINANCE
ALCAN has extensive experience with non-recourse and limited recourse financings, and advise sponsors, financiers, export credit agencies and multilateral credit agencies in all aspects of project financings. The projects on which we have worked encompass a wide range of industry sectors, including independent power, water, petroleum, natural gas, telecommunications, toll roads, airports, aerospace, mining and other types of infrastructure.
